Users must be legally capable entities or individuals authorized to conduct commercial activities under UAE law.

All transactions, negotiations, contracts, pricing, delivery, quality, warranties, and disputes are strictly between buyers and suppliers. Scope3Materials bears no responsibility for product performance, delivery delays, payment disputes, quality issues, or regulatory non-compliance.

All product information and sustainability data are provided by suppliers. Scope3Materials does not independently verify or certify such information.

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Scope3Materials may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, false data submission, or legal risk without prior notice.

Under no circumstances shall Scope3Materials be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
